Dave's investigated my concern and found no issue and reported it back accordingly while completing the other work that was requested. It is comforting to trust a company that does not force unneeded work on the customer and also have the trust that the work they do is top notch every time. The employees are courteous and take the time to answer any and all questions.

These guys are the real deal...just like the old days, when you could say: "I gotta a guy who can help you out." You get what you need with no up-selling and advice you can count on. This is in contrast to 3 other local shops I can name, where up-selling is the priority. I value BJ's service at Dave's enough to pay for inspections there instead of getting them free at a AAA shop. That says something.
