After the local Toyota dealer was not able to check out my Highlander for almost 3 weeks, I contacted Dave's on Friday and took it to him on Monday. My appointment was at 10 AM, but I got there by 9:15. A service rep. immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, they gave me a repair estimate which I agreed to, and the repair was done in an hour and a half. Could you ask for any better service?
