Loved the pickup and drop off car service. Service was prompt. They give recommendations - some of which I already had done that did not show on Carfax. But they aren't pushy about it. I completed my service and paid online-very easy.

I bring my vehicles to Dave's to get serviced and have always felt I am being treated with honesty. Recently, I had a hit and run incident that could have potentially affected my front driver's side wheel. Before getting a quote for repair at a body shop, I called Dave's Automotive and right away Brian told me to bring it in so he could look at it. My vehicle was driven and and then put on a lift to make sure everything was ok. All of this was done with an extremely quick turn around time. That's the way it is at Dave's - top notch service, honesty, and professionalism.

Although I didn't have service performed, I purchased a product, Bryan was polite, professional and courteous.

Brought car in for state inspection which went very smoothly. Dave's technician did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and made recommendations on potential things to look into for future visits. Very pleased with the people at the shop and would like to thank them for job well done on vehicle.

I've been coming to Dave's for years. Have always been treated fair. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Very convenient as they pick up and drop off your vehicle. I just referred my daughter to them and she was very pleased with their service.

What an amazing experience. I can't believe it took me this long to discover Dave's given that I only live a few minutes away. The entire experience was pleasure from start to finish. On the phone, you'll be greeted professionally and will be set up with an appointment quickly. Upon dropoff, you'll be greeted by friendly, professional staff to get you checked in and back on your way. Oh, they include a free shuttle! That's unheard of outside of major dealerships. The process from here is very modern. I received a link in my email to view the tech's inspection report, itemizing everything with indications where something needs to be looked at or replaced. The quote for each item is included, allowing for an approval or decline right on the page. Work begins right after and when complete, an invoice is sent digitally for review and payment. Prices are reasonable and competitive. I had new rotors and pads installed, brake fluid flushed, and an oil change done. Dave's called me after the work was done and offered to drop the car off at my house - wow. Couldn't have asked for an easier and stress-free process. I also found out that they offer free vehicle pickup along with dropoff, so that next time I don't even have to drop the car off myself! I'll be raving about this to anyone who asks, or maybe even those that don't!
