Everything was handled professionally and efficiently from drop off to pickup. I really liked how they were able to text me with other work that was due to be performed on my vehicle with quotes for each job.

Dave's Automotive is great! I'm a retired blue collar worker and have tried other garages of course. Dave's isn't the cheapest, or is it? If you have a new car and service is still free from a dealership, go there for the very latest mechanics skill for your car. After that you need reliability and value, like Dave's Auto. THEY COME AND PICK UP YOUR CAR! Who does that today? They're pleasant to deal with, have a rewards program (seniors like me love that) and pricing is fair and up-front. Before the work is started you receive an itemized digital approval list on your phone that details everything and the cost for each item, with simple explanations and links to further info and even videos! I haven't found a better garage, and I don't think I ever will. Thanks guys!

I was due for routine maintenance appreciated the convenience of pickup/drop off service and how everything was done efficiently. However, I asked them to take a look at my power liftgate since it stopped working the day before and they quoted me almost $900 to fix it. I decided look into it myself first and figured out I just needed to clean the sensor. Now it works perfectly fine. Now I’m wondering how much of an investigation they did to figure out the problem.

Hi Megan, Thank you for reaching out to us, we did try to give you a call yesterday and left a message. Our team is 100% approachable with any questions or concerns you may have with what was recommended. We apologize if we failed to communicate clearly why the recommendation was made to replace the left side rear door shock assembly. The module was reporting a code for the left side pulse sensor causing intermittent problems with the door opening which we were only able to replicate once while in the shop. Our recommendation was based on the fact that the shock assembly is leaking as well, as noted in the digital vehicle inspection that was sent over to you, which will cause failure of the shock eventually and could cause the tailgate to come down. We recommend replacing it. The service team will try to reach out again or feel free to give a call so we can answer any questions you may have.
