Monday, July 11, 2022 is the first time I took my 2010 Subaru Outback to Dave’s to be evaluated. I am very pleased with the service I received. The communication with those who work at Dave’s could not have been better. They kept me updated as to what needed done to keep my car in great running condition. They picked my car up in the morning and brought it back in the afternoon once the repair issues were completed. I am very happy with the service I received from Dave’s. Bryan, my service advisor, was very positive when I spoke to him in person and on the phone. I have already recommended Dave’s Automotive to my friends. Friends and family recommended them to me. They are wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. They were straightforward in the diagnosis of my car, had pictures and broke down all the issues that were significant and also suggested preventive maintenance actions. Dave's Automotive was very helpful to me during a quick visit during the summer after I had purchased a used Audi and a code light came on. They diagnosed for me and gave me some pointers on what to do. Even though they couldn't fix the vehicle then, I told them I would definitely be back for service on the Audi - they had earned a customer just for their caring and guidance. I took my car in for an oil change and brake check and they went over the entire vehicle, sent a complete report which I could review, and made recommendations. I am very happy I found them. Ten Stars plus in my book Post note:. Two years later and all family cars go to Dave's for everything. We don't trust anyone else. Minor or major problems, they are always willing to speak with you and give you their best advice. You get a clear estimate of what needs to be done and you choose the services you need at that time. They have worked on our Audi, Hummer, Range Rover and Saturn Sky. If I could give them 20 stars I would.
