I have been bringing two vehicles there for oil leaks more than once and they are yet to find the issue. Yet I have been paying for them to say they fixed it. Only to see oil leaking from the bottom of the car's still very soon after. Now I'm having someone else look at them.

Hi Matthew, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed as it is our goal to provide you with an excellent customer service experience. We would be more than happy to have a discussion with you again about the possible causes of your leaks as was noted in the vehicle health reports that laid out what needed to be addressed first. Both your 2004 and 2005 Honda’s have very high mileage and little to no maintenance records prior to us seeing them. The work that was performed on your Odyssey and CRV were both items that were the starting points for addressing the leaks and issues as explained in the estimate which you approved. Unfortunately, both your vehicles need a substantial amount of work which is labor intensive and thus costly. We wish you all the best with your future service provider, and as mentioned, we would be happy to go over your issues to help you better understand the problems you are facing with both vehicles.
