Amazing service! I was new to town and didn’t really know of any good or bad reputations of places to have my car serviced. From the minute I called to set up an appointment, to the time that my car was finished, I experienced the most respectful and kind customer service. The gentleman on the phone was helpful in setting up my appointment, and he was in a quiet environment (no loud car noises in the background!) which was so nice because I could hear all his recommendations and details about the process. They even offered to come pick up my car, take it in, and return it! I was appreciative of that so I didn’t need to take time off work. They called me when they were on their way, and when they were bringing it back, and parked it in the same spot and hid the key securely. They also provided a detailed report of my car and the payment process was so easy over their link. 10/10 - I would come here for anything my car needs.
