They keep a detailed record of all of the work they do on my car and the work that needs to be done. I received a reminder text to remind me of the necessary services. This is helpful so that I don’t have to keep track of items to be done. They explained the work and gave me pricing in advance. I did not have a ride and the shuttle van was extremely helpful. I feel that they are honest and do a good job.

I scheduled my appointment with Dave's Automotive online, which I greatly appreciated since I have a busy schedule. I received the confirmation of my appointment day and time. Service was quick and professional with a complete breakdown of everything that was serviced including what needs to be serviced in the near future. What I enjoyed most about this experience is that there was no pressure or sales tactics of any kind in making an appointment to have these services performed. I will be returning because it was an awesome experience.

Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable

Dave's Automotive was very helpful to me during a quick visit during the summer after I had purchased a used Audi and a code light came on. They diagnosed for me and gave me some pointers on what to do. Even though they couldn't fix the vehicle then, I told them I would definitely be back for service on the Audi - they had earned a customer just for their caring and guidance. I took my car in for an oil change and brake check and they went over the entire vehicle, sent a complete report which I could review, and made recommendations. I am very happy I found them. Ten Stars plus in my book
